Welcome to The Norton Network

A community of successful business owners, consultants and entrepreneurs, The Norton Network, works on the principal that interactivity ignites creativity, experience is a gift to be shared and diversity breeds opportunity. People who run their own businesses often work without the benefit of partners or a board to offer counsel and fresh perspectives. Through the running of free, Better Business Brainstorm workshops, the Norton Network has created an environment where business owners from a myriad of backgrounds can come together and share their expertise, ask for new ideas, pose problems, offer insights and build collaborative relationships with other members.

Teresa Norton facilitates these free, two hour workshops as a way of introducing participants to one another and to the activities that engage the group in the problem solving/idea generation process, extracting the best and brightest thinking from the group. Members can dip into the group wisdom of a Better Business Brainstorm by participating in the workshops as often as they like.

The Norton Network website is a virtual extension of the workshop experience. Members have individual passwords that allow them access beyond the public site, so that they can participate in ongoing Better Business Brainstorm forum discussions, barter their services, share tips and new finds with other business owners and seek solutions to current business challenges.

How to Get Involved

The Norton Network is a by invitation only group for people of all backgrounds, the only prerequisite is that members are in business for themselves and have a genuine desire to share what they’ve learned with other business owners in order that all might benefit from the collective experience of the group. Those who would like to join either need to be referred by an existing member or meet with the network’s founder, Teresa Norton. This referral system designed to avoid ‘professional networkers’ or those who simply want to sell their wares to a captive audience, as the purpose of this community is to support and stimulate useful thinking in fellow business owners.
